Aaron offered to show me a house he thought would be right for our budget and wants/needs, AFTER touring the house I requested. Aaron is knowledgeable, friendly, and has quite the eye for hidden gems and a great deal. Working with Aaron was very easy, he kept me informed and provided me anything I asked or needed to know about the home. We made dozens of offers, backed out of contracts, my mom and I faced personal loss and life’s usual upheavals, but Aaron was always patient and understanding. I sense that Aaron sees you more as a partner, not just a one-off commission and never to be heard from again- if you give back the same level of courtesy and respect of each other’s time (which I was not always good at reciprocating!), then you will have a life-long dedicated, professional realtor.
